One of the largest telecommunications companies in Europe, debitel AG, needed to create a relevant, dynamic personal letter. They worked with Georg Kohl Datamanagement.Print to create a personalized letter that could help generate additional revenue. They also wanted to improve customer relationships, cross-sell other products and services, improve customer retention and maintain a competitive edge in a highly competitive industry.

“Through personalization of the letters, the response rate for customer contract extensions grew from 2 percent to over 20 percent,” said Alfred Prasch, service management and quality at debitel’s IT-Billing Competence Center.
