I like the idea of the new look & logo. I also like the idea of the company getting back to basics and “touching” customers via email (exhange). However, only time will tell if the CONTENT discussed and written about will be worthy of reading and stand the test of intelligent business owners and drivers. Let’s not see another “annual newsletter” designed for people without functional brain cells. I also hope that you will actually “visit” some of these people/companies that you will be writing about rather than commenting from a 6×6 cubicle thus never knowing whether they have real value or not. Good Luck Xerox, I believe that many professionals like myself would like to see you drop that older “analog to digital” image and start talking about how Xerox will be making life easier by partnering with real people and real companies to solve everyday challenges that affect profitability. Best to you – Bill

If you want to further improve your “Green” footprint, why don’t you offer a method of returning expended materials for recycling, like HP and other manufacturers of consumables. I’ve had to take used toner cartridges to our local Haz Mat disposal center when it would have been much easier to drop off the expended ones where I purchase the replacements. Xerox could recycle them. If you have a program like this, please tell me about it. If not, maybe you should consider it. Don Lehmann

As the proud small business owner of 3 Xerox color lasers I’d like to see you help out by adopting a standard size for your solid ink units that work on ALL of your solid ink lasers. I was rather disheartened after ordering my last 8560 to discover I now have to stock more solid ink sticks just because they are a different shape.
I don’t mind buying genuine Xerox, it is well worth the price, but having to change the shape just because of a new model seems rather foolhardy, or was it just a marketing ploy?
