Welcome to Exchange — an online interactive conversation about topics that matter to your business and ours. This is the first in a series of communications for 2008, and it’s the start of an open, ongoing dialogue that we hope you’ll find valuable.

Those of you who have known Xerox closely for a while, might notice something brand new baked into this issue: our new brand logo and look and feel. It is designed to reflect today’s Xerox, a customer-focused company built on a continuing legacy of innovative ideas, products and services that meet the needs of businesses small to large.

Those of you who didn’t notice shouldn’t feel bad. It’s not likely we noticed the last time your logo changed. It’s our biggest change in almost 40 years, so we were overdue.

So what’s behind the new look? At its core, our brand is about meaningful connections — with our customers, our employees, our communities and other stakeholders. Exchange is just one more way we’re looking to connect with you. It’s about helping you find answers to your business problems and helping us learn more about what’s on your mind.

We’ll strive to offer up content in which you can find yourself and your company. To make this happen, we’d like to hear from you. Please take a moment to tell us what you think. And of course, we encourage you to read, participate in the polls and surveys, and engage us with your comments on any topic.
