Why Color Matters

  • 05/12/2008

When it comes to talking about color, most people speak in shades of gray. Cultural influences, vocabulary and meaning all play a part in describing and defining color. Candy apple red may not be the same shade in Russia, as it is in New York.

Andrew Hatkoff, vice president of Pantone Inc. is well versed in the science and technology of color communication and replication.

In this podcast, Hatkoff demystifies color communication and explains the importance of accurate color replication in an increasingly digital world.
